Partner With Us
  • Professional Lens Design & Structure Optimization
Powered by COBURN freeform technology and advanced optical simulation, we optimize lens structure and optical performance for different usage scenarios — from office work and night driving to outdoor sports and dedicated reading. Multiple refractive indices (1.50, 1.56, 1.60, 1.67) are available, with frame-based thinning designs to reduce weight and edge distortion.
  • Functional Coatings & Optical Performance
From basic protection to advanced visual enhancement, we offer multiple coating combinations — including blue cut, photochromic, anti-fog, UV protection, anti-scratch, and stain resistance. Clients can freely combine functions or rely on our recommendations for optimal performance across varied environments.
  • Branding & Packaging Customization
Beyond the lens itself, we provide comprehensive branding services, including custom packaging design, logo printing, anti-counterfeit labeling, and instruction manuals — helping your brand establish a complete visual identity. Neutral packaging, bespoke brand design, and e-commerce-ready customization are available.
  • Fast Delivery & Global Support
Whether it’s ODM development from scratch or OEM manufacturing from design to finished product, Junshi Optics provides end-to-end support. With an annual production capacity of over 25 million lenses, sufficient stock, and standard lead times of 10–30 days (with expedited projects available), we ensure efficient and reliable delivery. Our international service team provides multilingual support to guarantee smooth and efficient cooperation.
Customized lens production process
  • 1. Determine the Optimal Manufacturing Process
The Technical Director reviews the detailed data for lens production based on the prescription, formulates the optimal manufacturing process, and adjusts and optimizes the computerized prescription.
  • 2. Select Lens Blanks
In accordance with the optimized prescription, technicians select appropriate lens blanks to ensure optimal integration during lens manufacturing.
  • 3. Apply Protective Film
Next, Junshi adopts imported protective films from the United States. The digital lens workshop automatically applies the film, ensuring it adheres tightly to the blanks and preventing damage to the lenses during processing.
  • 4. Input the Prescription into the System
Print the optimized prescription, input it into the system via a scanner, and the system will automatically capture the relevant information in the prescription to control the digital lathe.
  • 5. Fabricate Metal Connecting Buckles
The tray holding the lenses is also labeled with prescription information. Subsequently, an alloy made of 7 types of metals is heated to 50°C and cast onto the convex surface of the lenses to form metal connecting buckles, facilitating turning processing.
  • 6. Lens Cutting
Using imported SINGLE-POINT diamond turning technology from the United States, a perfect cutting arc can be achieved in 1 minute and 40 seconds. At this stage, the lens blanks are officially transformed into lenses, but there may still be residual convex marks from processing.
  • 7. Lens Polishing
Junshi employs the "HAZE-FREE" haze-free polishing program, maintaining the polishing water temperature at a constant 10°C and using a soft polishing one-step forming process. After polishing, the lenses achieve perfect optical clarity.
  • 8. Lens Inspection
After polishing, the previously fabricated connecting buckles are removed, and the protective film is peeled off. The lenses are inspected to verify that all parameters meet requirements, and a refractometer is used to test the diopter, ensuring compliance with the optometry specifications.
  • 9. Lens Hard Coating
The lenses are then automatically cleaned with chemical solvents, followed by the application of independently developed hard coating solution. The entire hard coating process involves passing through 22 hard coating solution tanks, taking 45 minutes in total, after which the lenses are placed in a baking oven for 2 hours to dry.
  • 10. Lens Coating
Using independently developed nanoscale materials, chemicals are vaporized by a high-intensity electron beam at the optimal matching point of the lens coating layer. 14 to 20 coating layers are firmly attached to the lenses, completing the coating process.
  • 11. Finished Product Inspection, Packaging, and Shipping
Lenses that have undergone hard coating and film coating are considered finished products. At this stage, the lenses undergo another rigorous quality inspection and testing. Only qualified lenses are packaged and shipped.
